Consumer Direct Services
This is a services that allows the client to receive care from a family member or a person of their choice.
Transportation is also provided for doctor and dialysis appointments through Medicaid and Medicare.

- 2 hour notice is required for all services (excluding "emergency" services.
- 4 hour minimum for all services.
- 2 hour cancellation notice is required.
